Abrasivi Adria Srl is the parent company of an Italian group which is global leader in the abrasives and chemicals products with offices in USA, Canada, Brazil, Greece, Poland, Turkey, Spain and a sales network in many other countries. Abrasivi Adria Srl is looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Crossville location. The perfect candidate is proactive, a strategic thinker, and can take ownership of the situation. He/she is responsible for prospecting and generating new business as well as maintaining and growing the existing customer base. The role involves some travel mainly in Tennessee and Georgia but sometimes also within the whole US territory.
Additional responsibilities may include:
● Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline
● Offering professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
● Handling customer concerns effectively
● Providing guidance on price competitiveness
● Participating in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build relationships
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field will be considered an advantage
● Organizational and time-management skills
● Must be confident with ability to close the deal
● Must be a great rapport building who understands the need for trust building in the sales environment
● Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
● Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
● Must have valid Driver's License

● $50,000 gross annual salary
● 3% gross sales commission
● During working hours use of company vehicle with refund for fuel and toll
● Flexible work hours
